Could you summarise the issue in a few words?

Which Platform did the issue occur on?

What Operating System are you using?

What was the Game Version? (This information can be found at the top of the Settings screen)

Are you using mods?

Did you test if this issue happens even when no mods are present?

If you have an issue with a mod, you can use this link to report it.

Were you playing on Game Pass?

Were you playing using Cloud gaming or any cloud related services?

Please describe what Cloud gaming services you use

Is Crossplay enabled in your Gameplay settings?

How many players were in the session?

Were you the host of the session?

Did you use a dedicated server?

Are you reporting a connection/network related issue?

Are you using wi-fi or an ethernet cable connection?

How fast is your internet speed?

If possible, please share any screenshots or videos you have of the issue:

If your report is a performance issue, a crash, or an issue with frame drops/lags/rubberbanding, please attach a DxDiag text file. (If you cannot generate this file, include your PC specs in the issue description above.)

To create a DxDiag text file on Windows, type "dxdiag" in the Windows search bar and run the program. In the program, click on "Save All Information", save the file, then attach it here.

If possible, please send us your save file. (From the game's Main Menu, you'll need to press the following keys: "ctrl + alt + b" which will automatically compress the saves folder and save it to your Desktop. The file will be called "CoreKeeperSaves.zip".)
